"Listing" refers to the information provided by a Seller about a social media account available for sale on AccountCraft.
"Platform" refers to AccountCraft as a marketplace for buying and selling social media accounts.
"Content" refers to videos, posts, descriptions, and other media elements uploaded to a social media account, particularly YouTube channels.
“Transition Period” refers to the duration of at least 7 days during which the account undergoes the transfer process from the seller to the buyer.

Termination

AccountCraft reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for users who violate our terms or engage in misconduct, including:

Upon suspension, users will lose access to AccountCraft services.

Selling Process and Guidelines for Sellers

Channel Listing: Sellers submit account details via www.accountcraft.in and coordinate with support via WhatsApp for price negotiation. Sellers must provide manager access for verification and inform AccountCraft of any significant account changes (e.g., strikes, termination) within a 30-day lock-in period. Failure to update may incur a INR 499 listing fee.
Transition Period & Payment: Upon finding a buyer, sellers provide owner access to AccountCraft. Payment is disbursed after a 7-day transfer period. Sellers must not modify or revoke access during this period, or risk deal cancellation and a 10% penalty of the agreed price.
Ownership Agreement: Sellers must provide an agreement in AccountCraft’s format, bearing all related costs. Payment may be withheld until the agreement is provided.
Important Guidelines: Sellers cannot sell others’ accounts, and AccountCraft may reject listings without reason. No advance payments are issued, and sales are not guaranteed.

Buying Process and Guidelines for Buyers

Account Selection & Payment: Buyers agree on a price with support and pay after availability confirmation. Access is granted within 24 hours, or buyers may request a refund or choose another account.
Transition Period and Transfer: Buyers must wait 7 days before modifying the account. Non-compliance voids refund eligibility. After transfer, buyers assume full responsibility for the account.
Important Guidelines: Buyers bear responsibility for account issues post-transfer. Thorough inspection and adherence to platform guidelines are crucial.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties are encouraged to:

Negotiation: Engage in good-faith discussions.
Mediation: Opt for mediation facilitated by AccountCraft or a third party.
Arbitration: Pursue arbitration for a binding decision if mediation fails.

Participation in these processes is voluntary unless otherwise agreed.

Miscellaneous

Amendments: AccountCraft may modify these terms at any time, effective upon posting.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of India.
Severability: Unenforceable provisions are severable without affecting remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AccountCraft.
Termination: AccountCraft may terminate services without notice.
